Critical Bugfix!

Updated TimeSink so it doesnt stutter on web, now it should perform equally for web users as nonweb users. FAQ for the gamejam said that the game can be modified to fix critical bugs, if this bugfix is not allowed then i still have the previous versions of the game should I need to rollback until the voting period is over.
